A large commercial complex is being built in a purely residential area without proper permits.

In our quiet residential layout, a massive 5-story commercial building is coming up. This violates the zoning laws completely. The narrow roads cannot handle the traffic this will generate.
We suspect the builders have paid off the local ward officer, as our written complaints have been completely ignored.
