Officials demanding bribe for license renewal
Officials at the local RTO are demanding unofficial fees to process driving license renewals.

I visited the regional transport office to renew my driving license. The official at counter 4 directly asked me for Rs. 2000 to 'speed up' the process, stating that otherwise it would take months.
Several other people in the line also mentioned they had to pay similar amounts. This systemic corruption needs to be exposed.

I faced the exact same issue at the same RTO last month. Disgusting.
You should secretly record them and post the video. Only then action is taken.
