Illegal garbage dumping near city lake

Trucks are dumping construction debris and garbage near the lake every night.

Over the past month, we have observed several unidentified trucks dumping construction waste and plastic garbage near the periphery of the lake. This usually happens between 1 AM and 3 AM.

The waste is now slowly sliding into the water body, threatening the local ecosystem and polluting the water. We have tried noting down truck numbers but it's too dark.
