Yellow, foul-smelling water in municipal supply
Our apartment complex is receiving highly contaminated water for the past three days.

The municipal water supply to our area has been dispensing yellowish water with a strong sewage smell. Many children in the neighborhood have fallen sick with stomach bugs.
We suspect a sewage line has mixed with the drinking water pipeline somewhere nearby. This is a public health emergency.
